I do have a tumblr (which is mostly full of bad puns and anime) and I mostly put my 'proper' blog stuff there and on it's own subpages here. So this is more where I make dumb text posts about my life. And occasionally site updates but not very often because I am a lazy Sana.

So, I'm actually genuinley considering getting premium membership on deviantart? (lol) Just because it's SO MUCH BETTER ORGANIZED. Like, you can have actual subfolders. Seriously. Subfolders. On deviantart. Why can't I have subfolders then my stuff wouldn't be so ridiculously badly organised OTL. Also, I'm most likely gonna do an apprenticeship after I finish this year of college; either health and social care or cookery.

Today I (1)Spent most of the day wearing glittery faerie wings, (2)accidentally sang a duet with the lady who makes my coffee, and (3)fucking FINALLY finished my Grand HIghblood/Gamzee fanart. Huzzah for quasi-incestuous alien jailbait pairings? u_u Just for the record, I have decided I am now the love child of Dave Strider and Gamzee Makara. Don't ask me when those two actually hooked up, though. I guess they maybe had a lot of alone time on the meteor and decided to make the best of it...? So, this series has seriously grown on me in a big way since I made my last post about it. Because, uhh, it's awesome. Fucked-up, yeah, but awesome. For srs, though, I don't think I'll ever be ready for the third movie. A high-def, CGI version of the Eclipse is not something I think I can deal with.

I just tried to read this manga. Jesus fuck, Miura, what the hell is wrong with you?! To expand on that a little, I -loved- the golden age arc. I have a huge not-so-secret weakness for all things renaissance and medieval, afterall. Guts' backstory was...fucked up, and unpleasant to read, but I know why it happened the way it did, and it makes sense for his character (and it also serves as a nice 'fuck you' to those who think Rape As Backstory is a cute little way of making angst without having to put much thought into it and will go away at the end of the episode, because it was clearly awful and he clearly has issues from it still). And then there was the eclipse. What the hell can I say about the eclipse? Oh, that's right: Jesus fuck, Miura, what the hell is wrong with you?! ...Someone hug me, please...

Well guys, I guess I'll see you next year. My resolution is to stop making new years resolutions. But also to get a job (as in a real life one that gets me actual monies), improve my technical skills for art stuff, and finish/update (or, hells, start in some cases) all those little projects I have scattered around the interwebs. I'll no doubt break all of them.
